Future versions of the
HomeView are being looked at by Apple, with a version using a larger display and a robotic arm potentially arriving as soon as 2027.
This is not what the HomeView on a robotic arm will look likeApple's first-generation releases are often competent but gain significant improvements for the second generation. For the HomeView, the next version could get some big upgrades, including a robot arm.
According to Mark Gurman's "Power On"
newsletter for
Bloomberg, Apple is planning to super-size the HomeView with a motorized arm. It will be capable of spinning 360 degrees around the base, and will automatically turn to face the speaker thanks to voice recognition.
