I-64 Chesapeake lane closures due to multi-vehicle crash

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — The east left shoulder, right lane, and right shoulder are closed on I-64 near the Bowers Hill Interchange in Chesapeake due to a multi-vehicle crash, as of 9:15 a.m. Oct. 18. Motorists should expect delays, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
